Sessions can be online via Teams or face to face and we can meet weekly, fortnightly, monthly or flexibly around life's demands. Office hours are Monday to Friday and some evenings.

I have supported hundreds (well probably thousands) of people through tough times and personally understand how difficult it is to navigate tough times at work.
I spent a large proportion of my early career in senior positions in the corporate world heading up large UK wide award-winning training and organisational development teams and later moved to work in the NHS and charity sectors (which I loved) supporting leaders and teams. I qualified as a coach in 2009 and a few years later as a counsellor. I now combine all my extensive experience to help people learn and grow and get through those really challenging times we all experience from time to time.
I have had several articles published in the Coaching Today journal and have contributed to a book helping counsellors navigate a career path into coaching. I also sat on the Executive Committee of the BACP Coaching division to support with the development of the Therapeutic Coaching modality of working, as believe this offers so much more than just traditional coaching or counselling.
I am a Counsellor registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), a Coach holding Senior Practitioner Accreditation with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), an Associate Mediator with the Civil Mediation Council (CMC) and a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute (FLPI), so hold the relevant professional qualifications to support you.
Thank you for contacting me. My normal working days are Mon-Friday but I will get back to you as soon as I can and look forward to meeting with you soon.
Sending Best Wishes
Joanne
